Dry Ice Cleaning

Cosmetic restoration tailored to your project.

Dry ice blasting has emerged as the premier method for cosmetic restoration in the automotive industry, offering unparalleled benefits over traditional cleaning techniques. Utilizing compressed air to propel dry ice pellets at high speeds, our innovative process safely and effectively removes stubborn dirt, grease, oil, surface rust, or even deteriorating paint without damaging the underlying surface. The unique properties of dry ice ensure a clean, residue-free finish, making it the superior choice for preserving the integrity and aesthetics of your unique and invaluable vehicle.

So, how does Dry Ice Blasting work?

KINETIC ENERGY

Dry ice pellets are accelerated by compressed air through specially designed nozzles at ultrasonic speeds.

THERMAL SHOCK

There is a rapid cooling of the surface upon impact, causing the contaminates to become brittle and release from the surface.

RAPID EXPANSION

After contact with the contaminated surface, the dry ice pellets expand over 800 times and ‘sublimate’, safely and effectively removing any contaminates.

Aftermarket or factory undercoating removal done with ease without damage to the underlying surface. Most undercoatings leave a goopy, greasy finish; hindering the ability to detect leaks and damage to the underside of your vehicle. With a clean and clear undercarriage, any new leaks can be easily detected, traced, and addressed.
